Beleza Pottery Kit Giveaway - Official Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: October 7, 2025 at 6:00 PM ADT to October 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM ADT

Sponsor: Beleza Ceramics Ltd., Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Beleza Ceramics Ltd., their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may earn entries through the following methods during the Promotion Period:

  • 1 Entry: Like and comment on the designated Instagram giveaway post (@belezaceramics)
  • 5 Entries: Share the designated Instagram giveaway post to your Instagram Story
  • 15 Entries: Join the Beleza email list through the form provided

Participants may use multiple entry methods to increase their chances of winning. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. PRIZES

First Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) Date Night Pottery Kit
  • One (1) $50 CAD Beleza gift card

Second Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) Regular Pottery Kit
  • One (1) $25 CAD Beleza gift card

Third Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) Beleza Bow Mug

Bonus Offer: The first 100 customers who place a Pottery Kit order will receive one free bag of clay with their purchase (while supplies last). This bonus is separate from the giveaway and applies to all orders, not just giveaway participants.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Beleza Ceramics Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on October 17, 2025. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email (if applicable) within 48 hours of the draw.

Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility and sign a declaration of compliance with these Terms and Conditions before receiving their prize.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received after the Promotion Period ends will be disqualified.
  • Beleza Ceramics Ltd. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to enter.
  • Beleza Ceramics Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Beleza Ceramics Ltd., which are final and binding.
  • Winners agree to allow Beleza Ceramics Ltd. to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Beleza Ceramics Ltd., Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Beleza Ceramics Ltd. is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failed computer transmissions, or other errors that may affect participation in the giveaway.

7. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and may be used for future marketing communications from Beleza Ceramics Ltd. Participants who join the email list may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill prize obligations.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Beleza Ceramics Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary or if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
