Shipping policy — Beleza Ceramics

Dispatch & processing
All orders ship from our studio in Nova Scotia, Canada.

  • In-stock Pottery Kits: are usually picked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed in sale or launch periods will take additional time.

  • Made-to-order / Curated pieces: are handcrafted to order to allow for any customisations — please allow 3–5 weeks for processing before shipment. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times
Transit time varies by destination and courier. Delivery to nearby Canadian provinces is typically faster than to remote locations or international destinations. Please allow extra time if you’re ordering as a gift or placing a large/wholesale order.

Rates & duties
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

Tracking & notifications
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please use that tracking information to follow your parcel.

Address changes & incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@belezaceramics.com and we’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been shipped. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs & returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order is refunded after being returned to us, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Large orders & gifts
If you’re ordering multiple items or ordering for a specific gift date, please allow additional lead time and get in touch at hello@belezaceramics.com so we can advise on timing or help with expedited options where possible.

Lost, stolen or undelivered parcels
We recommend shipping to a reliable address. Beleza Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery to the supplied address. If you experience a problem, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
